Product Warranty

All equipment manufactured by EEC have not only undergone meticulous manufacturing procedures, but also endured rigorous testing at our Quality Assurance department to ensure their pinnacle quality. During the period of equipment use, EEC provides both after-sales service and technical counseling. We also guarantee to repair or replace any defects and parts free of charge during the warranty period; however, EEC will not provide free of charge service and will charge an appropriate fee upon the following situations: if users have modified the wiring or function, attempted repair, caused external or internal damage to the machine due to human factors, incorrectly powered the machine, incorrectly grounded or have not followed the manual when operating the machine, causing abnormalities.

Warranty Period

EEC Flagship products have a standard warranty period of three years. Other products have a standard warranty period of two years.

Warranty Period Service Description

  1. Operation Training: EEC provides training in the operation of the equipment for firms who purchase the equipment for the first time.
  2. Installation & Testing: EEC provides new machine installation and testing service targeted for systematic application.
  3. Technical Support: EEC provides counseling services, such as equipment parameter setup, product application, equipment calibration walkthrough, as well as technical support for special products.
  4. Malfunction Repair: EEC provides repair service for equipment malfunctions.
  5. Maintenance and Upgrade: EEC provides free cleaning and maintenance for equipment returned to the factory for repair and will upgrade the equipment software to the most appropriate version.

Non-Warranty Period Service Description

  1. Technical Support: EEC provides counseling services, such as equipment parameter setup, product application, equipment calibration walkthrough, as well as technical support for special products.
  2. Malfunction Repair: EEC provides repair service for equipment malfunctions.
  3. Maintenance and Upgrade: EEC provides free cleaning and maintenance for equipment returned to the factory for repair and will upgrade the equipment to the most appropriate version.
  4. Repair Warranty: EEC will provide 3-month warranty for any repair service.

Nighttime/Holiday Service Description

We more than understand the pain of production lines halting, and EEC stands with you in this matter. Now, with reservations made during business hours Mon-Fri, we will provide nighttime/holiday on-site repairs to clients located in Taiwan and Mainland China.

Any undescribed issues or changes in the above descriptions will be announced on EEC’s company website and later added in this session.

  1. In order to provide a complete service experience, EEC offers free repair during the warranty period. After the warranty period, EEC also provides charged extending warranty option.
  2. If damage occurs to warranty period equipment due to abnormal use, negligence, non-controllable factors such as earthquakes, floods, fire, or riots, then the equipment is not eligible for warranty period repairs.
  3. For malfunctions of products outside the warranty period, based on the test results, EEC will propose either repair or disposal, and will charge an appropriate fee according to the exact situation.
  4. When an equipment malfunctions, please state the malfunctions and pack the equipment suitably with its original packaging and mail it back to our factory. If you have lost the original packaging, please contact our customer service representative for further assistance.
  5. Packaging material, testing cables and non-electrical characteristics fixtures are considered consumable items and thus EEC is unable to provide related warranty service. Thank you for your understanding.
